Our web host's server automatically collects connection information from your web browser regarding your use of the Site. Examples of information collected includes the Internet Protocol (“IP”) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; computer and connection information such as browser type and version, operating system, and platform; and full Uniform Resource Locator ("URL") click stream data, including date and time, and content you viewed or searched for on the Site.  This information is provided by our web hosting service provider and is used for statistical analysis only.

We do not install any tracking cookies.  A cookie is a small data file that writes to your hard drive for record keeping purposes when you visit the Site.

If a user desires to use our Join VFW option, We will request the user to provide personal information. The information requested includes the user’s name, postal address, date of birth and service data.  This information is used solely to complete the VFW registration process and for updating Post 7589's records.  It is not shared with any other party.

The Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 7589 also protects the privacy of its members and the members of its Auxiliary.
